Bangkok-specific skin notes
Most of our facial clients are travellers or expats whose skin is reacting to Bangkok specifically. The pattern is consistent.
- Humidity + pollution + sunscreen clogs pores faster than at home. A weekly clean-up helps more than a monthly one if you're staying long.
- Heat expands pores, so extractions after steam work better in Bangkok's climate than in dry cities.
- Air-conditioned rooms dehydrate overnight. We finish facials with a hydrating mask or serum, not a heavy cream, so you don't wake up greasy.
- Sun on freshly-treated skin is the biggest mistake we see. If you're heading out after a facial, bring a hat or stay indoors for the day. SPF every morning, regardless.
Which facial: clean-up, anti-ageing, or brightening?
Three treatments, three jobs. Pick by your main concern, not by what's trending.
- Clean-up & mask — for congestion, blackheads, dull skin. The reset facial. About 45 minutes.
- Anti-ageing facial — for firmness, fine lines, mature skin. Slower, more massaging, more nourishing products. About 60 minutes.
- Facial bleach & brightening — for uneven tone, fine facial hair, dullness. The glow facial. About 45 minutes. Patch test before.

The facial sequence (what we actually do)
Whatever facial you book, the rhythm is the same. Knowing it upfront means you can relax into each step rather than wonder what's next.
- Cleansing — remove sunscreen and surface grime.
- Steam (where applicable) — about 5 minutes, opens pores.
- Exfoliation — manual or with the active product for that facial.
- Extractions — only if needed; skipped on sensitive skin.
- Mask — tailored to your skin type and the facial you booked.
- Serum + SPF — to finish.
We talk you through each step as we go. If anything stings or feels off, say so and we adjust.
